Management Staff

Leslie Buttorff is the President of Quintel Management Consulting, Inc. which was formed in the United States and in Europe nearly 10 years ago.  She has over 20 years of experience in management, marketing, consulting, technical evaluations, and financial analyses.

In the last ten years her experience has been focused on operations improvement and merger integration implementations using SAP as a tool.  She and her team has managed and/or overseen several SAP ERP and CCS implementations commencing 1996. She has participated in SAP engagements internationally including Germany, Venezuela, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia.

Prior to forming Quintel, Ms. Buttorff was the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little’s Power and Gas Practice of the Global Energy Practice. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Ms. Buttorff was a Vice President and Officer for the Utilities and Energy Practice of A.T. Kearney, Inc. where she was responsible for strategy, process design and SAP implementations. Prior to A.T. Kearney, she was President of EDS Management Consulting Services’ Energy, Utilities and Chemical Practices. At EDS, she had profit and loss responsibility for these industries for consulting and related outsourcing programs, and SAP implementations. Prior to joining EDS, she was a Vice President and Denver Office Manager for Stone & Webster (working the nuclear, fossil, hydro and T&D divisions) and she also worked with Shell Oil in the E&P area.

Ms. Buttorff earned an MS in Finance with an emphasis in Industrial Engineering and Statistics from Iowa State University and a BS in Statistics from Colorado State University.

Chris Compeggie is a Vice President and has managed large scale ERP system implementation projects, managed business and system improvement consulting projects, led departmental staff and facilitated cross-functional teams in the diagnosis of corporate organizational needs, the improvement of corporate business processes and the creation of developmental programs through benchmarking and process redesign techniques. Mr. Compeggie has analyzed financial trends, forecasts and industry issues to prepare analyses of business environment impacts on the company for corporate executives, rating agencies, financial analysts and regulators. Mr. Compeggie’s experiences span electric, gas and water utilities and the resources industry.

For the past seven years Mr. Compeggie has been working at several clients involving SAP implementations driven by performance improvement: Public Service Electric and Gas, Central Vermont Public Service, Energy East Corporation; New York State Electric and Gas Company; Rochester Gas & Electric Company, Southern California Edison Company; Southern CT Natural Gas; CT Natural Gas Company; Berkshire Gas Company and Central Maine Power Company. He was the project manager for all of the PM, MAM, MAU, SD and ISU-CCS SAP Module project implementations. In addition, he was a key contributor to the implementation of all “back office” modules of SAP including: FI, CO, PS, AM, MM, TR, PY, HR and ECC. Responsibilities included the management of functional consultants in blueprinting and module configuration, ABAP programmers in enhancement and interface development, the data conversion teams and the training and subject matter expert teams. All projects were completed on budget and on schedule with all performance metrics being met.

Mr. Compeggie received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and graduated with merit with his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Compeggie is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in the State of Nevada.

Chitra Bose has more than twenty years experience in IT roles with ten years of SAP implementation experience in utility accounts. Ms. Bose possesses strong project management capabilities, in-depth understanding of utility business processes, as well as analytical and problem solving capabilities. Change and the management of change into an organization have been a mainstay throughout her career. She has a positive can-do attitude and her performance always demonstrated her commitment to deliver total customer service and excellence in her work.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Bose has managed teams of SAP implementation professionals on 13 separate projects for utility accounts.  Her specific skills related to SAP include cConfiguration of FI-CA sub-module of CCS, project planning in IS-U CCS Implementation, panagement in the IS-U CCS Support Organization, CCS Upgrade & CCS solution for deregulation project and sound knowledge of ASAP Methodology.  She has extensive experience in CCS module of SAP system in the functional areas of FI-CA, Billing, Invoicing, Sales & Distribution, Workorder Management, Workflows, Batch Design and Volume Testing.

Ms. Bose earned both her Masters degree in Mathematics and Bachelors degree in Mathematics (Honors) from the University of Delhi, India.

Jill Doucette has 20+ years of industry and consulting experience in project management, supply chain management, and information systems design and development.  She successfully managed system and supply change initiatives bringing technology efficiencies and business solutions together to solve key organizational issues. Ms. Doucette has significant experience in project management of systems development projects.  She has designed, developed, and managed multiple systems projects and had budgetary responsibility ranging from $30k to $90MM, from single bolt-on applications to comprehensive enterprise-wide systems. She has been responsible for driving strategic sourcing improvements through purchasing, warehousing, systems development, cross-functional teams, and business process improvements.

Technical Staff

Shane Booth has had twenty years of progressive technology experience, with most recent assignments as an SAP R/3 ABAP/4 Consultant.  In his most recent project assignment, Mr. Booth was a development team member for five different companies project including modules FI, CO, PM, PS and MM.  Activities included design, development, and implementation of conversions, interfaces, forms and enhancements.  For the SD, FI, CO, PP, WM, MM and PP modules, Mr. Booth managed six developers, created and maintained the work plan, and coordinated activities between the functional teams.  He also designed, developed, and implemented conversions using BAPI’s, LSMW, SAP’s Data Transfer Workbench and custom BDC programs. Objects converted included Material Master, Bill of Material and Routings.

Mr. Booth received his Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Sciences from Auckland University, Auckland, New Zealand.

Zoran Markovic have more than 9 years of professional experience in software engineering and system implementations (6 years in Utilities Industry).  He has experience with ABAP (6 years), SQL, and Java J2EE (2 years),  SAP ISU-CCS (5 years) and data conversion (EMIGALL).  He has provided outsourcing support expertise and consistently demonstrates his ability to provide high quality technical specifications through his many global SAP implementation experiences.

Mr. Markovic received his MS designated by a comparative credential evaluation, 2005 from the The Trustforte Corporation, New York.  He completed his degree in Electrical Engineering in Computer Technology and Informatics in 1997 from the University of Nis, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Nis, Yugoslavia as well as a Computer Programmer in 1986 from the H. Buric Secondary School Centre, Brcko, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Shrikant Nistane is an SAP R/3 certified SAP consultant with experience in the SAP R/3 Work Management, Logistics, Industry solution for Utilities (ISU-CCS), Asset Accounting, Business Information Warehousing (BIW), Data Archiving, and Interfaces using Net weaver technology. He has has taken sole responsibility for these modules in nine major SAP implementations undertaking Project management, business blueprint, configuration, data migration, system interfaces, documentation and end user training. He has also taken partial responsibility for five other projects at various stages including scoping, presales, QA and post Go-Live support.  He also posses specialised implementation and project coordination experience in Work Management (PM, SM,CS,PS, Fleet Management, WCM, MRSS, Compatible Units) and Mobile Computing software (MDSI, MAM, MAU and M3i).

Mr. Nistane received his MBA from Olin school of Management in Boston.  He also completed his SAP certification by SAP Germany AG and received his Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the Government College of Engineering and Technology, Nanded, India as well as a Post Graduate Diploma (Chemical Process Control and Instruments) from Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, India
